No! All our prices are per vehicle and per service offered.  The number of persons is irrelevant.  Participants can share the cost between them.

In order to finalize your reservation no deposit is required, you just need to fill in the reservation form, which will be sent to you upon your request.  Your credit card details will be used strictly for your reservation. The total amount will be paid at the conclusion of your tour or transfer in cash.

Yes, our prices include taxes, insurance, fuel, tolls, and parking fees. Admission to sites and lunch are not included.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the order confirmation that is emailed to you after you make your reservation.

Tips in Greece, as all over Europe, are optional.  However, a tip as a gesture of appreciation for good services offered  is expected. There is no standard amount. Usually anything between 10-20% is satisfactory.  It goes without saying that it depends on the total amount of the bill.

For your own safety be especially wary of very “attractive” and low cost deals and offers. The persons posting them may be operating illegally.  Make sure that the driver you select is a certified professional and that the vehicle is not a private car or van but a fully insured, licensed and certified vehicle for public use by the Greek authorities.

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable

We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water, off-course we can make a quick stop before our private tour begins, if you don’t brought water and snacks!.


Once you exit the arrival point(airport arrivals,ship exit,train platform etc.)there will be a driver waiting for you with a sign an your name clearly written. Also  the driver will have always his mobile phone so that he can contact you if there is any problem.This is the reason we ask for personal reservation during reservation.

Bookings cancelled within the last 72 hours (3 days) prior to the agreed date and time will be fully charged. If, however, your ship or airplaine does not, due to bad weather or for any other reason, dock, then you will not be charged.

The driver will wait for you till 90 minutes after your plane lands.  If for some reason you miss your flight or your flight is cancelled or scheduled for a long delay please contact me and let me know of your new flight details. This way you will avoid being charged.
